Born in Bristol, United Kingdom, Alfie arrived in Noosa with his family at just one year old, and the region has shaped him ever since. From Doonan to Noosaville, Sunshine Beach, Sunrise Beach and now Tinbeerwah, Alfie has lived and breathed the Noosa shire across its many faces for over two decades, making him not just a local, but a true product of this extraordinary place.

After completing his secondary education at St Andrews Anglican College, Alfie spent three years building his foundations in the golf industry, a pursuit that sharpened his discipline, patience and eye for precision, qualities he now brings with full force to real estate. Drawn by a genuine love of property, a deep passion for people and an appetite for financial growth, the move to Tom Offermann Real Estate felt like a natural next step.
